We are pleased to announce the Pacific Coast Yachting Association’s 2019 Barusch/Castagna Regatta, sponsored by the International Power Boat Association.   Your host for this is the Poulsbo Yacht Club. We look forward to offering a challenging contest on the waters of Puget Sound in the beautiful springtime weather of the Pacific Northwest.

You are invited to forward two contestants, based on their 2017-2018 standings and availability, to represent your association in competition for the right to claim themselves Pacific Coast Champion and take home two great PCYA awards:  The Harry Barusch Perpetual Trophy (best individual performance) and the Joseph V. Castagna Perpetual Trophy (best performance by an association)  http://pcya.info/regattas/baruschcastagna-predicted-navigation/ Additionally we invite the reigning champion, Garry Adalian of Coronado Cays Yacht Club and San Diego Cruiser Association,  to defend his title.

Below you will find the planned Schedule of Events, information about the venue, transportation, and lodging, and a Registration Form. It is requested each association forward the information below to their eligible contestants for them to submit their registrations to the Contest Committee.
