VII.           NEW BUSINESS

1.                  Web Site. It might be possible to upgrade Website for PCYA for a little

more than our current $50 a year.  Commodore Lewis needs feedback as

to how much usage the web site receives, will stay as is for now.

2.            Joe Castagna would like to see a standardized plaque that participants

and boat owners would receive from PCYA.  It was the consensus of the group

that this was a good idea and Joe will bring in a sample and estimated

costs to the annual meeting in January 2002.  Roger Wilson asked that

Carr participants receive same recognition. The group approved it.

3.            In order to keep continuance of principle in the Castagna Fund and not

deplete the account. Joe Castagna gave a check for $1,000 to be added to

the Fund. He also has also purchased 12 trophies for a 6-year supply of

take home awards.
